Meet Alison Swiggard, MS, RDN, LD
Supporting clients virtually in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, & Vermont.
Hi, I’m Alison (she/her), a HAES-aligned Eating Disorder Dietitian specializing in compassionate, collaborative nutrition care. I prioritize your well-being and help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and supportive. Using a non-diet, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse-affirming approach, I’ll guide you toward sustainable, compassionate strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on what supports your health and well-being — no diets, no shame. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to explore what healthy truly means for you.
My education includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Penn State University and a Master’s in Nutrition from Simmons University, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship.
